- Inspect roof from roof top and attic eves - Locate leak areas (5) - Roof recovery inspection: - Numerous deficiencies noted including broken tile, slipped and missing tile, loose and damaged vent and boot flashings, damaged transition flashings, cracked and missing mortar and rust at flashings. - Leak repairs and roof recovery recommended as follows:

- Repair leaking areas - Remove existing tile, underlayment and flashings to reveal leak areas. - Replace rotted decking. - Install new premium self adhered tile underlayment and tie into existing roof. Install flashings and counter flashings as needed. Install tile and tie into existing roof. - Repair damaged underlayment at broken tile areas as needed - Damaged wall flashings will be repaired and/or replaced as necessary.

- Remove existing shingles and underlayment to expose decking. - Replace up to 2 sheets of rotted decking/sister in trusses where necessary - Shingle ridge-over vent or 4' off ridge vent as needed

- Remove existing one layer of shingles and one layer of underlayment to expose decking. - Replace rotted decking up to 4 sheets. New lead plumbing stacks. New gooseneck vents.
